Team Leader

I am looking a passionate Team Leader or Senior Support Worker who have experience working within children's social care with those who have Learning Disabilities, Autism or Mental health conditions. You will be working within a Residential service in the Wythenshawe area, assisting the manager in overseeing and mentoring a staff team and in the daily running of the services.

On offer as a Team Leader, you will receive:

• Pay rates of up to £30,500 (DOE and inclusive of shifts)
• Full time, permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week guaranteed with available overtime.

To be considered for the Team Leader role, you must have:

• Experience in children social care overseeing staff
• Experience in OFSTED and Children with Learning Disabilities
• Committed to permanent full-time hours
