Supervising Social Worker

A therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to be a Supervising Social Worker for their Fostering Team based in the West Midlands. This is a permanent, part-time position that can be hybrid working.

Your responsibilities as the Supervising Social Worker:

• Supervising managing a caseload of foster carers
• Liaising with multiple professionals
• Fostering Recruitment & Assessment
• Working to a therapeutic model

Requirements of you as the Supervising Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A Social Work England registration
• Post qualification experience in Children's Social Work
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: North Lincolnshire

Salary scale: £33,000 - £39,600 + Car Allowance + Benefits (dependent on experience) pro rata
