Social Worker - Project

This Locum role in Plymouth is a great opportunity for Social Workers to join a Project Team where we you will be You will working alongside our teams to identify opportunities for children to move from residential placements to other options such as foster care or home; and you will support the prevention of unplanned care admissions for children aged 16 and 17, helping to return them home quickly where it is safe to do so.

We are looking for hardworking, passionate Social Workers who want to make a difference within a Child protection and Children in Need Teams. You will be required to carry out the best level of care and services for the benefit of the Children concerned.

Requirements:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• Active Social Work England registration
• 2 years post qualifying UK experience
