Social Worker Connected Persons Fostering

A Local Authority is looking for a Social Worker for their Connected Persons team within the Fostering service in Northamptonshire. This is a full-time, and permanent position with some hybrid working.

The ideal Social Worker will have post qualification experience in Children's Social Worker. This is a great chance to become an integral part of an exciting future as they aspiring to be "Outstanding" rated by Ofsted.

Duties and Responsibilities for you as the Social Worker:

• Managing a caseload
• Mentoring to colleagues
• Fostering Assessments
• Working with the Signs of Safety approach
• Reporting to the Practice & Team Managers

Requirements for you as the Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
• Registered with Social Work England
• Post qualification experience within Children's Social Work
• A working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care

Location: Northamptonshire

Salary Scale: £36,080 - £39,162 + benefits
