Social Worker - Adult's MASH Team

A Local Authority in Northeast London is looking for a Social Worker to join their Adult Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub. This is a Locum Social Work role.

The ideal Social Worker will have recent experience in a Safeguarding or MASH environment. The key to success in this role is to treat every case individually to create the best possible outcomes.

Your responsibilities as an Adult Safeguarding Hub Social Worker:

• Provide an efficient and coordinated response to Safeguarding concerns
• Aiding in harm reduction through early identification and victim identification
• Deal with Safeguarding enquiries under Section 42
• The ability to prioritise cases dependent on level of risk
• Work with connected services such as police and health services to ensure the best course of action is made

Requirements of you as an Adult Safeguarding Hub Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Have competent knowledge and experience of Safeguarding/ MASH work

Location: Northeast London

Umbrella pay rate: £32.00 per hour
