Job description

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Community Mental Health Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team triages incoming referrals of people in mental health crisis to ensure the right level of support. The team is highly driven to work with each service user as an individual and to tailor their care plans as necessary. Undertaking complex assessments, attending panel meetings and carrying out statutory functions under the Mental Health Act 1983 are all key responsibilities within this post.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience within a mental health team (ideally in a community setting) lends well to the success of this position.
