Senior Support Worker

Requirements

• QCF Level 3 or good experience and a willingness to complete
• Provable track record of team leading or deputising supported living services, working with adults that have either learning disabilities, mental health issues or physical needs
• Strong Leadership skills with the passion and ability to build and lead high performing staff teams
