Senior Supervising Social Worker (Newcastle)

A charity in Newcastle is looking for their next Senior Supervising Social Worker to join their Fostering Team, with a caseload based in and around the Newcastle area.

Please note that this is a Permanent & Full-time position - You do not require direct Fostering experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a small complex caseload of foster carers.
• Recruiting & assessing prospective new carers.
• Supervising other Social Workers.
• Delivering training for Foster Carers.

Please note the requirements for this role

• A recognised Social Work Qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).
• A Social Work England Registration.
• Post qualification experience in Children's Social Work.
• Must hold a full UK Driving License.
