Senior Social Worker

We are looking for a Senior Social Worker/ Senior Practitioner to join an Adult's Review Team.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION WITH A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS POST QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE.

About the team

This is a team set up to undertake high quality Care Act compliant reviews and re-assessments. As the Senior Practitioner, you will be required to aid in the day to day running of the team and supervise Social Care Professionals with their respective responsibilities. A key aspect of this position is to use appropriate risk management and an MDT approach when offering support and advice on cases.

About you

The successful candidate will be a professional well versed in supervisory tasks as well as having substantial knowledge of reviews work. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience working in an Adult's Social Work setting are essential for this position.
