Senior Social Worker

We are looking for a Senior Social Worker to join a Complex Care Team.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION WITH A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS POST QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE.

About the team

In this senior position, there is a requirement to support Social Workers and Social Work Assistants in the team as well as act as the safeguarding manager for section 42 enquiries. This post also involves supporting the Team Manager with case allocations and prioritisation of different caseloads. Providing advice and guidance to those in the team is key to the success of this position.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience within a community based setting in a supervisory role lends well to this role.
