Job description
Achieving for Children is looking for a Senior Practitioner for their Children's Safeguarding Team. This role is a Locum Social Work role.
The ideal Social Worker will have extensive experience in a safeguarding role at this level. Being able to deliver improved outcomes for families, children and young people to give the best start in life is at the forefront of this role.

Your responsibilities as a Safeguarding Senior Practitioner:
- Manage a complex caseload and take part in court proceedings
- Constant monitoring and reviewing of cases
- Work with other agencies and Social Work Professionals to create the best possible outcomes for children and young people involved in cases
- Be able to provide guidance to others in the team when necessary
Requirements of you as a Safeguarding Senior Practitioner:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- A valid Social Work England registration
- Extensive experience in a safeguarding environment
- A minimum of a years experience within a Senior Practitioner or equivalent post

Pay Rate: up to £42.00 per hour
