Job description

A Local Authority is looking for a Social Worker for their Support & Safeguarding team in Northamptonshire. This position is a full-time and permanent.

Duties and Responsibilities for you as the Social Worker:

  • Managing a caseload
  • Collaboration with multiple teams
  • Reporting to the Team Manager

Requirements for you as the Social Worker:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Post qualification Children's Social Work experience
  • An excellent working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care

Location: Northamptonshire

Salary Scale: £36,080 - £39,162 + benefits
