Job description

A Therapeutic Family Assessment Centre is looking for a Registered Manager for their brand new service in the North West. This is a permanent & full-time position. The aim of the service is to reduce the number of Children in Local Authority care by assessing Parenting Capacity.

Your responsibilities as the Registered Manager:

  • Day to day management of the centre
  • Staff Management
  • Service Development
  • Client Relationship Management

Requirements of you as the Registered Manager:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • A Social Work England registration
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership
  • Significant Management experience
  • Experience of Family & Parenting Assessments
  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence


Location: North West

Salary scale: £55,000 - £60,000 d.o.e + Benefits
