Job description

An Independent Fostering Agency are looking for Registered Manager for their well-thought of service. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a relatively new staffing team on the next stage of the Service's developement.

This is a full-time and permanent position that is hybrid working.

Your responsibilities as the Registered Manager:

  • Business Development
  • Maintaining equality & diversity
  • Staff management
  • Budget management

Requirements of you as Registered Manager:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Significant experience of working within a management position in Children's Social Work
  • Significant experience of working within Fostering
  • An excellent knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care and Fostering

Location: West Midlands

Salary Scale: £60,000 PRP + benefits
