Job description

A therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency are looking for a Registered Manager to mange their Fostering service. This is a permanent, full-time position that is partially home-based.

The ideal applicant will have management experience in a Fostering setting. This Independent Fostering Agency is "Outstanding" rated by Ofsted.

Your responsibilities as the Registered Manager:

  • Budget Management
  • Business Development
  • Strategic Development
  • Performance Management

Requirements of you as the Registered Manager:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • A Social Work England registration
  • Significant experience in Fostering
  • Management experience
  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence


Location: Birmingham/West Midlands

Salary scale: £52,000 - £63,000 d.o.e + benefits
