Job description

A Local Authority in Kent is looking for an Auditor to join their Quality Assurance Team. This is a Locum Social Work role.

The ideal Auditor will have extensive experience of Auditing and Quality Assurance work. The key to success in this role is to be a key part of the Council's practice development and good practice.

Your responsibilities as an Auditor:

  • Effective and systematic workings
  • Use the Signs of Safety Practice Model effectively
  • Evaluate the views of children, families and professional partners about the quality and impact of practice
  • Collate audit data and prepare written reports on the audit findings
  • Report back to senior management on your findings

Requirements of you as an Auditor:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • A valid Social Work England registration
  • Have competent knowledge and experience of Auditing and Quality Assurance

Location: Medway, Kent

Umbrella pay rate: up to £47.00 per hour
