Mental Health Social Worker

We are looking for a Mental Health Social Worker to join an Assessment and Brief Intervention Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team works alongside health colleagues identify and assess mental health concerns and how best to support each service user. Supporting families and carers involved is key and ensuring service users have access to the right resources and services is at the forefront of the teams work. In this team it is essential to use a strength-based intervention style in order to tailor each care package to make sure maintaining as much independence as possible is achieved for each individual.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience within a mental health setting (ideally in a community setting) lends well to the success of this position.
