MASH Decision maker Social Worker

A Local Authority is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to be a Decision Maker (Senior Social Worker) for their MASH team in Northamptonshire. This position is a full-time and permanent.

Duties and Responsibilities for you as the Decision Maker:

• Case work decisions
• Supervision for referrals
• Collaboration with multiple teams
• Reporting to the Team Manager

Requirements for you as the Decision Maker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
• Registered with Social Work England
• Significant front door service experience
• An excellent working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care

Salary Scale: £43,158 + £45,204 benefits dependent on experience
