Locality Advanced Practitioner - 4 days p/w

A Central London Local Authority is looking for an Advanced Practitioner to join their Adult Locality Team. This is a part time Locum Social Work role working 4 days per week.

The ideal Social Worker will have recent experience in a Locality or Safeguarding environment at this level. The key to success in this role is to treat every case individually to create the best possible outcomes.

Your responsibilities as an Adult Locality Advanced Practitioner:

• Manage a complex caseload
• Complete Mental Capacity Act assessments
• Deal with Safeguarding enquiries
• Undertake Care Act Assessments and Safeguarding assessments
• Implement care plans and care packages
• Provide advice and guidance to others in the team when necessary

Requirements of you as an Adult Locality Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Have competent knowledge and experience of Locality work

Location: Central London

Umbrella pay rate: £35.00 - £36.00 per hour
