Recruitment requires no experience but you must have big personality, resilience to deal with rejection and being let down, emotional intelligence to read people and determination to win and succeed that doesn't stop.

We have a Junior Recruitment Consultant pathway where you will spend 6 months a Resourcer before transitioning into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant.
