Job description
A Local Authority is looking for Supervising Social Workers for their Post Approval team in their Fostering service in Northamptonshire. These positions are full-time & part-time as well as permanent positions with some hybrid working.
The ideal Social Workers will have post qualification experience in Fostering. This is a great chance to become an integral part of an exciting future as they aspiring to be "Outstanding" rated by Ofsted.

Duties and Responsibilities for you as the Social Worker:
- Managing a caseload
- Working with the Signs of Safety approach
- Reporting to the Practice & Team Managers
Requirements for you as the Social Worker:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
- Registered with Social Work England
- Post qualification experience within Fostering
- A working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary Scale: £36,080 - £39,162 pro rata + benefits
