Family Assessment Service Manager
Job description
A Children's Services providing organisation are looking for a Registered Manager for their new Family Assessment service. This is a full-time and permanent position.
The ideal Manager will have Significant experience in a Senior/Management position ideally within Fostering and/or a Parenting Assessment service/residential care service. This is a great chance to become an integral part of a brand new service and develop it and work towards being "Outstanding" rated by Ofsted.

Your responsibilities as the Registered Manager:
- Budget Management
- Business Development
- Strategic Development
- Managing a multidisiplinary team
Requirements of you as Registered Manager:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- A valid Social Work England registration
- Level 5 Management Qualification
- Experience of Early Years development/Parenting Assessments
- Experience as a Senior Manager
- Exeprience within Fostering or Residential Service
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
Location: Market Drayton
Salary Scale: £58,000 - £68,000 + benefits
