Job description
A Children's Services providing organisation are looking for a Registered Manager for their new Family Assessment service. This is a full-time and permanent position (Mon-Fri, 9-5).
The ideal Manager will have Significant experience in a Management position ideally within a Safeguarding/Parenting Assessment service/residential care service. This is a great chance to become an integral part of a brand new service and develop it and work towards being "Outstanding" rated by Ofsted.

Your responsibilities as the Registered Manager:
- Supervise and manage Social Workers & other staff members
- Business Development
- Carry out & oversee Family Assessments (Parenting capacity)
- Multidisiplinary professional working
- Managing a multidisiplinary team
Requirements of you as Registered Manager:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- A valid Social Work England registration
- Level 5 Management Qualification (desirable)
- Experience of Early Years development/Parenting Assessments
- Experience as a Manager
- Significant Safeguarding experience
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
Location: Kingston-upon-Hull
Salary Scale: £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits
