Job description
This Learning Disability Social Work Team. requires an experienced social worker with experience at Deputy Team Manager level, to start in July.

About the team
The team do case management with the 25+ LD team. The day to day role will include care act assessments, reviews, safeguarding, COP DOL applications and some time on duty (as per duty rota). The Deputy Team Manager will be required to supervise Social Workers within the team, as well as unqualified staff. They will act as Duty Manager and SAM for the service. They will represent the team in various meetings and also deuptise for the Team Manager when required.
About you
You must have a Social Work degree, strong background in Learning Disabilities, and at least 2 years experience of supervsiing staff in a Senior positon.
