My client is a unique children's service provider currently looking for Children's Support Workers to support vulnerable children with Emotional Behaviour Disorders, and/or disabilities and challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working with children and must also be a driver.

Children's Support Worker Benefits:

• Basic salary £24,000-£25,000 per annum
• Yearly earnings between £26,000 - £30,000 (including sleep-in rates)
• Helping children with their emotional, physical, and developmental needs

Children's Support Worker Responsibilities:

• Commit to early, late, and long day shift patterns
• 1-2 sleep-ins per week
• Care for vulnerable children in line with safeguarding policies
• Display empathy and resilience
