Children's Social Worker

Charles Hunter Associates are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join a Looked After Children's Team on a Full Time Locum basis.

About the team

With this team you will use your high levels of skill in motivational practice to help parents identify the aspects of their lives/behaviours that they want to change and provide the help and support to families, on a partnership basis to support them in their change.

About you

You will respect families and their rights, to work with them in partnership and with their informed consent, to recognise their strengths and help them identify their needs. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is essential along with a minimum of two years' experience working in Children Social Services setting.
