Children's Social Worker

Charles Hunter Associates are looking for a Children's Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities Team.

Do not apply for this role unless you have a Social Work Bachelor's Degree, is Registered with Social Work England, have completed an ASYE Year and have 2 years Post Qualifying Experience.

About the team:

The Team at Tameside Council is looking for an experienced Children's Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities Team.

Your responsibility is to assess the needs of children with disabilities and their families, ensuring the appropriate care plans are in place, as well as working in collaboration with key partners. You will be working alongside a supportive and stable management team.

About you:

The successful candidate will be a passionate and dedicated professional, with a strong working knowledge of Children's Social Work Legislation. Previous experience of Frontline Children's Team is essential for this role.
