Job description

A well renowned Fostering organisation are looking for a CEO . This position is a full time, permanent position where you can be based either in the North East or Yorkshire.

You will need to have a strong background within Children's Social Work and specifically Fostering with private organisations at a Senior Management level. You must be a Qualified Social Worker.

Your responsibilities as the CEO:

  • Strategic Management
  • Bugdet Management
  • Service Development
  • Business Development

Requirements of you as CEO:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • Signficant experience of working in Fostering at a Senior Management level
  • Significant experience of working with private Fostering organisations
  • Significant experience of Bugdet & Strategic Management
  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: Yorkshire/North East

Salary up to > £88,000 d.o.e + benefits
