ASYE Social Worker Learning Disabilities

A Local Authority is looking for Newly Qualified Social Workers for their Adult's Learning Disabilities & Transitions teams (ASYE).

Please do not apply for this job if you require sponsorship to work in the UK. This position is only available for those who have right to work in the UK and Social Work degree.

Your responsibilities as the Social Worker:

• Caseholding
• Multiprofessional working
• Safeguarding
• Evidence based Practice

Requirements of you as the Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Experience in Adult's Social Work post qualification
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: West Yorkshire (hybrid working)

Salary Scale: £33,819.96 dependent on experience
