Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Homelessness Service.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team works with the homeless population in the borough to enable better access to temporary housing and rehabilitation. The team is highly driven to work with each service user as an individual and to tailor their care as necessary. Undertaking complex assessments, attending panel meetings and carrying out statutory functions under the Mental Health Act 1983 are all key responsibilities within this post.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience within a mental health setting or specialist homelessness work lends exceptionally well to the success of this position.
