Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Safeguarding Assessment Project Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience

About the team

This team specialises in supporting vulnerable adults to sustain or improve their wellbeing and quality of life. The key responsibility in this team is to work on a backlog of care act assessments. The team work closely with connected services to ensure the best outcomes for each service user.

About you

The successful candidate will be proficient in care act assessments. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years' experience working in an adult's safeguarding setting are essential for this position.
