Adult's Social Worker

We are currently looking for a Social Worker to join an Adult's Locality Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the team

The team deals with vulnerable adults in the community to help preserve their independence and wellbeing. Responsibilities include starting and co-ordinating care and support plans for individual service users and aid with the commissioning of necessary services for them and their carers. The team also takes part in multidisciplinary and inter-agency meetings to represent the department as needed.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience working in an Adult's setting are essential for this position. The successful candidate will be well versed in community based work and have experience in a team that deals with safeguarding or long term adult's caseholding.
