Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Learning Disabilities Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

The team specialises in supporting adults with disabilities with their complex needs. The team's job is to offer advice and provide access to supportive services in line with the service user's needs - with an emphasis on wellbeing and safety for vulnerable adults and those that care for them. Taking time to create strong, trusting relationships with service users is key to the success of the work this team does.

About you

The successful candidate will be well versed in care assessments and learning disabilities work. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience working in a transitions or LD setting are essential for this position.
