Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Mental Health Care and Support Team.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION WITH A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS POST QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE.

About the team

The team undertake complex assessments and completing safeguarding processes and reviews under the Care Act 2014. This team works as a multidisciplinary environment to provide appropriate support to those with Mental Health concerns (especially those who are hard to engage) and their carers. Direct work with each service user to ensure care packages are tailored to individuals needs and abilities is a key target for the team.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience within a mental health setting (whether that be community based or inpatient) are all experiences that lends well to this role.
