Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Continuing Healthcare Team.

About the team

Completing assessments and reviews within the CHC framework is a key aspect of the day to day responsibilities this team deals with. Attendance to dispute resolution meetings and presenting cases to panel is also involved when necessary. This team works with a number of other sector professionals to ensure positive outcomes are met as efficiently as possible.

About you

It is imperative to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience within adult's Social Work in order to be considered for this role. Experience within a hospital, reviews or community based environment is all experience that lends well to this position.
