Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Mental Health Hospital Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the team

The team works to support patients within the hospital with complex mental health conditions. Completing safeguarding enquiries and being part of best interest meetings are key aspects of the role to ensure safest practice and decisions are made. Taking part in a duty rota is required of the team.

About you

The successful candidate will have worked in a hospital based setting as well as experience with mental health patients. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience working in an Adult's Social Work environment is essential. An AMHP qualification is referred but not essential to be considered for this role.
