Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker to join a First Response Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This fast-paced team deals with crisis intervention and short term prevention work. Completing NHS CHC assessments, answering safeguarding enquiries and presenting to Outcomes Forum in regards to funding decisions are a few of the responsibilities the team carries out. The team is well staffed with regular supervision provided and multiple long term locum members.

About you

The successful candidate will have experience in a short term assessment based setting. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience working in an Adult's Social Work environment is essential. A valid UK driving licence and access to a car is also preferred for this role.
