Job description
A Local Authority in West London is looking for a Social Worker to join their Adult Locality Team. This is a Locum Social Work role offering a hybrid working scheme.
The ideal Social Worker will have recent experience in a Locality, MDT environment. The key to success in this role is to treat every case individually to create the best possible outcomes.

Your responsibilities as an Adult Locality Social Worker:
- Manage a complex caseload
- Complete Mental Capacity Act assessments
- Deal with safeguarding enquiries, undertake Care Act Assessments and Safeguarding assessments
- Implement care plans and care packages
- Liaise with other services within the council in regard to the best intertest of the service users
Requirements of you as an Adult Locality Social Worker:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- A valid Social Work England registration
- Have competent knowledge and experience of Safeguarding and Locality work
Location: Hounslow, London
Umbrella pay rate: £37.00 - £40.00 per hour
