Adult's First Response Social Worker

A Local Authority in West London is looking for a Social Worker to join their First Response Team. This is a Locum Social Work role.

The ideal Social Worker will have recent experience in a Duty, Initial Response environment. The key to success in this role is to work in a preventative manner to work towards the best outcomes possible.

Your responsibilities as a First Response Social Worker:

• Carrying out initial assessments
• Refer vulnerable service users to the appropriate team or external service
• Work in accordance with The Safeguarding Act and The Care Act 2014
• Complete Mental Capacity Assessments
• Complete duty work

Requirements of you as a First Response Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Have competent knowledge and experience of First Response work

Location: Hounslow, London

Umbrella pay rate: £37.00 - £40.00 per hour
