Job description

An Independent Fostering Agency is looking for an Administrator & Referrals Officer for their Midlands based Fostering Service and Fostering Panels. This is a permanent, full-time position that can be hybrid working.

The ideal applicant will have prior experience as an Administrator, in some capacity, and will be IT literate.

Your responsibilities as the Administrator:

  • Ability to work to work to tight deadlines and with competing demands
  • Use of excellent written and communication skills
  • Payroll administration
  • Using internal systems and databases
  • Support Fostering team with general administrative tasks
  • Taking minutes in meetings

Requirements for you as the Administrator:

  • 5 GCSEs, A-C grades - including Maths and English
  • Experience of working in Social Work or Social Care environments
  • Full IT literacy
  • Strong Communication and organisational skills
  • Full Driving Licence

Location: Worcestershire (hybird)

Salary: Up to £27,000 d.o.e & benefits
