I’ve been with Charles Hunter Associates for seven years now, and have had an incredible journey so far. When I joined, I’d been working in retail as a Sales Coordinator and had secured a place at university. I ended up deferring my studies and accepted the role of Trainee Consultant.
Since then, I’ve been promoted to Team Manager and worked across two divisions ¬ Social Work and Social Care. I’m now a member of the junior management team where I feel like my opinion is asked and I’m really listened to. I’m also involved in recruiting and onboarding new starters as well as training my own team which is highly rewarding.
It’s been an exciting time and I’ve loved watching the business grow. Now I get to focus on growing my team by snapping up the best recruitment talent in Reading and providing ongoing support to my wonderful clients.
