​Happy 2019!!!

You may think I’m a few months too late to see in the New Year but at Charles Hunter Associates, we are going to celebrate every day of 2019 because it’s set to be the biggest in our 10-year history!

10 years!! What a journey it has been for Charles Hunter Associates starting from humble beginnings back in 2009 by Jonathan Wadsworth our managing director, the business has gone from strength to strength and our plans for 2019, are bigger than ever!

This month marks the 10thanniversary of the business and in true Charles Hunter style, we are going to celebrate our success over the last 10 years with updates, new ideas, fun incentives, awards and rewards throughout the year!

This is my 3rdmonth with Charles Hunter Associates and it feels great to be here and be a part of the journey. I am hoping I can add to the success and growth of the business over the coming years!

As Head of Talent Acquisition, I am responsible for the challenging task of sourcing, selecting and retaining the best sales and recruitment talent on the market to join our journey. Once our new superstars are here, they’re not on their own, it’s all about giving them industry leading training to equip them with all the tools and skills for a successful career in recruitment.

Our progression scheme, commission structure, holidays, quarterly incentives, lunch clubs and culture, makes Charles Hunter an exciting proposition for any budding recruiter or in fact the seasoned recruitment professional!

We are a recruitment company like no other, working in the growing Social care and Social work sector, which allows any existing or potential new consultant to immerse themselves in a rich, untarnished market, full of potential and growth!
