A year later and our efforts have been recognised by the judges at ONREC. Charles Hunter Associates has been shortlisted for ‘The Best Use of Online Recruitment by a Recruitment Agency Award 2018’.
We were nominated for this award due to our state of the art search function on our homepage. Our predictive search function provides jobs and content in real-time as you type. This cutting-edge feature means you can find what you are looking for within seconds, without leaving the homepage.
Furthermore, Charles Hunter Associates is known for providing a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to each of our Candidates. Therefore, we have integrated staff profiles with jobs and content so only the most relevant content appears when searching for their specific consultant.
In a market which is quickly evolving, we try to stay ahead of the curve, ensuring our candidates have the easiest job application process possible.
The technology used on our website was a big investment, but it has paid off. We have seen a huge 300% increase in online job applications and the feedback from our candidates is that they find the application process simple and easy.
We will be attending the awards ceremony on Thursday evening along with members of 4MAT, who designed the Charles Hunter Associates website. We are extremely proud of our successful Online Recruitment strategy, and although we would love to win, it is an honour to simply have been shortlisted.
