At the end of every year, Charles Hunter Associates hosts an Annual Awards Ceremony where a variety of CHA Awards are presented. As a part of this year’s awards, we have decided to give you an insight into the story behind the winners of: Director’s Choice, Newcomer of the Year, and Consultant’s Consultant.
This article focuses on our Consultant’s Consultant winner, Drew Marlow.
Drew joined the company in February 2017 and joined the Social Care Perm division. Drew came to Charles Hunter Associates with no Recruitment experience, but his impressive Sales and Marketing background had impressed his Manager, Mark throughout the interview process.
In less than 8 months of being at Charles Hunter, Drew had become an expert in a new sector as well as the services and legislation. Drew is slowly becoming known for his success in placing Mid-Senior level candidates and this is down to his natural ability to build relationships and provide a seamless Recruitment process. There is no such thing as an inconvenient time for Drew to speak to clients or candidates, solve problems or simply lend an ear, making him an attentive and valued consultant.
Winning Consultant’s Consultant is a tribute to Drew’s impact and integration into the company. In the last year he has won the respect of his colleagues whilst giving us a few laughs along the way. He has a relentless work ethic coupled with a genuine desire to deliver a high-quality service to his clients and candidates.
