As 2016 comes to an end, the team at Charles Hunter Associates have been reflecting on the year we’ve had and are gearing up for what’s in store in 2017.
Our seventh year saw a lot of exciting challenges but, most importantly, we ended with a +115% growth on the previous three years which is something we’re incredibly proud of and happy with.
We’ve invested in new systems in the office which focus on making our internal and external communication the best it can be, have promoted team members and made training and staff retention a primary focus, and have brought a new Marketing & Talent Executive on board to take charge of growing the Charles Hunter Associates brand whilst recruiting the best internal talent.
Going into 2017, we’re preparing for a big growth. We’ve got our eyes set on being the biggest social work and social care recruitment agency in the UK, and with the focus outcomes and additions from 2016 we know we will achieve big things.
Kicking off the new year, we unveil our fresh re-brand and new website which we’re thrilled about. After working with 4mat for many months, we have created a new logo which we believe represents our business better and relates to the sector we work in perfectly, and a new website which we hope will make it easy for you to browse our vacancies, meet our team, and find your next career move.
