Youth Support Worker

You must have the Right to Work in the UK and a UK driving License with access to a vehicle.

About the role:

As a Key Worker, you will be supporting young people aged 16-21 years, who live independently. Duties include supporting with, property maintenance, budgeting, food shopping, food prep, and appointments in the community. You must have experience supporting children or adults with complex needs, mental health or challenging behaviours.

About you:

A successful candidate will have empathy, compassion, and resilience working with young people with mental health, anxiety, and complex needs. You must have a driver's license and access to your own vehicle.

Pay starts from £11.50 per hour PAYE and £14.57 per hour Umbrella.

Requirements for you as a Youth Support Worker:

• Experience in Support Work or Keyworker
• Confident in working independently and being proactive.
• Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS

Shift Times for you as a Youth Support Worker:

• Full time
• Long days- 7am-22:00pm (Inc sleep ins)
