My client is looking to appoint a Turnaround Manager for their complex needs supported living services in Derby. The service is newly developed and been running for a couple of years and have encountered some teething problems.

We are looking for someone to come in on an initial 12 month contract to take the lead, provide and execute improvement plan so the company can look to open up further services. There is a high chance this role could go permanent should the successful candidate perform highly in the initial contract.

The Turnaround Manager will receive a salary up to £45,000 - £49,000 (dependent on experience) and the opportunity to grow the newly created complex needs division.

The Turnaroud Manager must have

  • Proven experience in improving CQC ratings
  • Strong operational management experience in complex needs and/or supported living services
  • Available to start within 4 weeks
  • Relationships with Derby Council
