My client is the leading provider of therapeutic support and care for young people as well as being an established charity.

I am looking for an experienced Registered Manager, Regional Manager, Area or Operations Manager to join my client as their Therapeutic Service Manager. The service consists of a residential home and school for young people with highly complex and traumatic backgrounds.

The role includes being the lead on the clinical therapeutic care delivery across the service, holding the Ofsted registration, managing an extensive management team to ensure compliance and delivering positive therapeutic outcomes to the young people.

The Therapeutic Registered Manager role is paying a fantastic basic salary of £61,300 plus a unique training opportunity to receive fully funded accredited development program resulting in a you becoming a Child Psychotherapist worth over £25,000!

To be considered for the Therapeutic Registered Manager role, you must have:

• Previous Registered Manager experience
• Extensive experience in the residential children's home sector
• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management
• Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding
• Self analytical approach to therapeutic care delivery.
