Team Manager - Young Adults Service

A North London based Local Authority is looking for a Team Manager of their Young Adults Service. As the Team Manager, you will be supporting service working with looked after children and young people leave care age 16 to 25 to ensure positive futures. This role is a full-time permanent position.

The ideal Social Worker will have Young Adult's experience along with Leadership and Management experience. You will need to be committed and have the drive to match the ambitions to the Local Authority.

Your responsibilities as the Team Manager:

• Managing and supervising a team
• Promote staff learning and development
• Provide regular, high quality, challenging and reflective supervision
• Attend and chair a range of meetings when needed

Requirements of you as the Team Manager:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid registration with Social Work England
• Experience of working within a Senior/Managerial position
• Significant Experience of working within Young Adults Service
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: North London

Salary: up to £60,000
