Team Manager - R&A

A Local Authority in Hammersmith is looking for a Team Manager within Children's Social Work to join their R&A team on a locum basis, offering a competitive pay rate of up to £43 per hour.

Responsibilities for you as a Team Manager:

• Manage a team of qualified social workers and family support workers
• Work collaboratively with other Team Managers to effectively allocate cases
• Promote and maintain independence of service users

Requirements of you as a Team Manager:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in Looed After Children, Child Protection, and exploitation teams.
